- How do I cancel my ChezBot subscription? Open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, pick ChezBot, then tap Cancel Subscription. Your access remains active until the end of the paid period.
- How do I request a refund? All purchases are processed by Apple. Submit a refund request at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- How do I restore a purchase on a new device? Sign into the same Apple ID, open ChezBot, go to Settings › Restore Purchases.
- How do I stop personalised ads? Deny the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or revoke later in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
